Hydrated Hydroxethylcellulose (HEC) is a thickener that can be used even in anionic formulations that cannot be thickened with Sodium Chloride.

We have already hydrated the HEC as we know it can be frustrating to fully hydrate HEC at home.

HEC gel can be used at 2% of the total weight of the formulation. More can be safely used to adjust viscosity.
