Our Online courses are delivered in the Online School- The Creative Learning Academy.
Once you have purchased a course, you have access to this course through your account and your student dashboard.
HOW TO SIGN IN?
Sign in is easy.
1. Click the link to the school. https://learnspaproductsonline.thinkific.com/
2. Enter your username (this is the email address you used when you paid for the course)
3. Enter your password. (this was set by you initially). Please note we do not store passwords. This means you must keep this password safe.
I DID NOT SET A PASSWORD: WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Upon payment, a welcome email was sent to your email address, inviting you to set a password. If you have not done this and cannot find the Welcome email, please contact us.
We can assist you very quickly, if you provide your name and the email address used on the account. Please state your challenge clearly. (868) 493 8118.
Why didn't I receive a Welcome Email?
If you had previously accessed the school for a free course or for another course, you will not receive a Welcome email because you are not new to the school.
If you have done courses with us, you can access your new courses by logging back into the school, using the same email address and password.
The new course will be added automatically to your student dashboard. Log in:

I AM HAVING ISSUES SIGNING IN- WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Signing in is seamless. Once you input the correct email address and password, you will receive access.
Here are some reasons why signing in does not give access.
1. You are using the wrong email address or you are using the wrong password or both.
2. You made an error on your email address in the payment process . The Online school gives automatic access through the email address used in payment. If an error was made, you will not be able to access your account.
If this is the problem, please contact support for the corrections to be made.
3. You have forgotten your password. A password reset is available in the school itself. If you still have challenges, please whats app 868 493 8118.
